They say choosing the right real estate is a bitch. In a way, I kind of agree with them because there are a lot of criteria to think about before committing our financial burden into such investment. Buying real estate after all is not like buying shoes from the supermarket. We need to think thoroughly. Outer banks foreclosures offers a good investment opportunity because it is a good place to start our own family.
