When I attended a wedding dinner earlier on, I saw many of my old friends. They are still the same people I met 10 years ago, except that they have gotten fatter. It makes me wonder, do every one after 26 years old will gain weight rapidly? I guess we need more exercise. For those who are sick of exercising, maybe they can try fat burners. It might work for them.
