You can’t count on the Water department to give you clean and fresh water. It certainly do not work in that way in this country. In the place I am staying, we are not guaranteed of getting clean water despite paying for it. I know it sucks but there is nothing much we can do except investing in good water filters. It may cost some money but it’s worth it in the long run if it means we are getting clean water.
