The economy is getting bad and it is not wise to invest in the stock market at the moment. However it is a different ball game with real estate. At least the price will not drop dramatically like Wall Street. So you can still have enough time to decide whether you wish to make money from it ornot or you can save the property for yourself. If you don’t, you can always concentrate on commercial real estate.
