We seem to have many rapist in town.
Hill-cutting and development of valleys on the island are the main cause of the recent flash floods in Ayer Itam and its surrounding areas.
We have child rapist, we have dog rapist, we have mainstream rapists, we even have rapists of mutha nature. It was said that hill cutting has been one of the main cause of the recent flash floods in Penang.
Well I am not too surprised of the current phenomena because our beloved CM Ali Ketam and his cohorts also seem to enjoy raping the hills of Malacca. One of the evident hill raping activities can be traced in Cheng.
It is really an eyesore for person like me who drives along that area every day. What used to be the green lungs and the beauty of the territory has been rendered to a waste land. I no longer saw any beautiful hills when I am driving.
What I see now is a chocolate botak hill mixing with a it’s green brothers and sisters side by side. I also saw many tractors that are slowly plundering the hill. It is also dangerous living in that particular area because the hill is slowly susceptible to erosion.
That area used to be chilly cold in the morning and now it no longer emits crisp air we used to enjoy. I won’t be surprised if Mother Nature decided to punish us with flash floods for taking away her valuable assets.
Disturb the law of nature be prepared to face the wrath from Mummy Nature. If this is the idea of a developed state vision entioned by the said rapist, I’d rather not want it.
