I used to have an old computer that runs on USB 1.1. You cannot imagine how slow it was especially when I need to transfer large video files since I always download them in bulk. Transferring them to my external hard disk was a pain and I wish I never had to do it every day but I had to since my internal hdd space is freaking limited. Then everything start to become different when I finally bought a new computer that supports USB 2.0 and transferring larger files were no longer a hassle. Now this article is telling me Intel is currently developing the USB 3.0 technology. I wonder how fast it can get. Who knows transferring super large files will only take me few seconds to accomplish?
